Welcome back and there are plenty of great seats up front, don't be shy. Another week has passed and we are still going strong, in fact at this pace we will pass the Bombay Last Tea Cup Standing Cricket Test Average of 1987 in less then seven weeks! As of 7:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time we still have eight players with a .400 of higher batting average. Though my chess rival Christy Guzman batting .515 is about to drop to unqualified status due to lack of plate appearances. ( Oh wait he already has!)
Before we start let us recap 4/12 - 4/19:
Position Player of the Year: Miguel Cabrera ( .488 | 4 HR's | 12 RBI's )
Pitcher of the year: Zack Greinke: ( 3-0 | 0 ERA | 26 SO )
Team of the year: Early Bird Special Marlin ( 11-1 , +32 Run Diff, 5 games ahead 2nd)
Worst team of the year: Washington Nationals ( 1-10, -21 Run Diff, 9.5 GB)
First you will notice we have added a new category this week, "Worst team of the year" , but don't worry readers this gives me a chance to point out a bright spot on the Nationals and an actual quality move by former GM Bowden. This bright spot of course is not a spot but rather a star... Adam Dunn ( BA .324, 3 HR, 11 RBI's and .549 OBP) . I know regulars this isn't the first mention of Dunn, and most likely won't be the last as long as our Nationals play with so much pride!
Kudo's to Zach G for pitching lights out and an extra peanut butter Kudo's for you Zachery for doing all that with the Royals.
Let us get to the Last Man Standing:
Wait before we do that let us introduce our first WaterCoolerHof video!!! The whole Watercooler tech team spent the whole weekend getting this video up.
The song is called "Last Man Standing" by People in Planes. Thanks loyal reader A.J. for the heads up! Free travel size product from the S.K. line of food's for you!

The race is tight though with four people within .040 points of the lead. Anthony the Saint and I were the big losers of the week going from 2nd to 7th and 3rd to 6th respectively. Let us see how the week shakes out.
P.S. The Garlic Fries at Yankee Stadium are to die for... literally... they come in at about 1,100 calories.
God Bless and see you next week!
